The two Shift Keys don't work on my MSI A6200

Your keys might be broken in your keyboard. You can look online to see if you can purchase a replacement keyboard for your msi laptop, then see if there is a youtube video for the laptop model that you ow. It should show you how to take your laptop apart to install the new keyboard. Or, you can take it to a computer repair store, and ask them to install the new keyboard.

Check that the new power adapter is the same class as the previous one, the power rating can be fount on the bottom of the notebook. otherwise the battery may be damaged or worn out

not sure about this model, but most lappys you unscrew the bottomof the laptop off and the hard drive is in side. most have a swing out cartridge that the hard drive slides into. on my msi it has a small brace with 2 screws. I take that out.. add my new hd and slide it back in. easy peasey.

ALSO all batteries here are no good.

Most model Compaq have the hard drive mounted behind a plactic panel on the RH edge or LH edge of the laptop. There is a screw that locks the panel in place. After you remove this screw then slide the panel down to unlock it and then pull the hard drive out.
