I recently purchesed a Dazzel dvc 100 capture card off ebay, however it didn't come with any software. Please could someone tell me how to get it to work with windows live movie movie maker 2011 or at least install it without the disc?

I don't know the serial number because it didn't come with the box, it inculded the actual dazzel

Also I'm not sure what to do once I've regested the capture card.

Go back to the address i gave you and download the software - use the email address you used to register it.

I've tried that, it downloads the setup fine but it won't install. I'm using a windows 7 if that's the reason why

You will need to contact Pinnacle's support group. They may be able to replace the software if you've registered it, or perhaps they can sell you an upgrade.

I have DVC 80 hardware, but can find only the Bonus CD, as I must have misplace or thrown away the main software CD and its sleeve. I need to use my Dazzle DVC 80 card to capture Sony Digital 8 Camcorder.

What is the model of your dazzle device? Is taht DVC 100? if ever please check this procedure.

Step 1: Install the Pinnacle Dazzle Video Creator Platinum software and make sure it works with the Dazzle DVC 100. Sometimes this is easy, other times, this is a very difficult task. step 2: Buy 3 RCA type Y cables. One male end, 2 female ends.
Step 3: Plug the male ends of the RCA y-connectors to the Dazzle DVC 100.
Step 4: Plug the Yellow, Red and White RCA connectors from the XBox 360 to the color matched female RCA y-connectors on the Dazzle DVC 100.
Step 5: Plug a second triple RCA connector into the other end of the color matched RCA Y Connectors.
Step 6: Plug the other end of the triple RCA connector into the TV.
Step 7: The tricky part no one ever mentions: On the XBox 360 video cable, there is a switch that switches from HDTV to TV. You must switch this to TV!

Why do you want to install it there? Just do it the default way - install the soft in your C/Programs folder and plug the dongle in one of your USB connectors.

Welcome to fixya,
I understand that you have a problem with regards to your Dazzle DVC 100 and the problem you encounter is regarding to the sound. Is this no sound, or garbage sound? If no sound did you connect the audio cable properly? Could you please check your device manager.

Click on Start>Control panel>system>hardware>device manager>sound and video games controller> right click on video capture device uninstall it.
Right click on dazzle audio device uninstall it also. Restart your computer. After restarting let your computer detect and install the driver device. Open your IDVDR and try it again.

My dvc 100 dazzle capture card only records in black and white help me plaese!!!!

download super webcam and AMcam on AMcam set your video sorce to super webcam capture
then go to super webcam and pick dazzle capture card chance it to secamB
then on AMcam click start record and then stop record the your clip will start to record to stop the recording close AMcam

Dvc 90 does not work with studio 9 in vista

I have strong feeling that this software is incaptiable with vista maybe mite try going to the site of the maker of the software and asking if it is comptiable if not see i you can request a comptiable software that will work oh( make sure before you do you unstall it first) cause the software will crash or fight with each orther I hope this helps lala linda
