I have had this aficio 2022 for less than 3 years and have less than 20,000 copies. I only have used it as a copy machine . There is a printer parallel port . I've just connect it to my computer to use it as a printer so I , downloaded the drivers , and the computer says the printer is installed fine . The problem is that it will not print , if I unhook the parallel cable the computer doesn't sense that anything has changed , its as if the parallel port doesn't work . I took of the back of the copier to see if maybe it was a dummy port that led nowhere , alas it is wired to the board. Below where the port connects to the board there is a red blinking light above . so everthing is done , and i still didn't get any solutions to use it as printer. If you please at first solve me thius problem and as second tell me how to use it on the digital copier screen as printer .best regard
