Can I disable the beeping/tones on my Kitchenaid microwave?

I'm not familiar with that particular model, but with many of their models (and many other manufacturer models as well), unfortunately the beep cannot be turned off.

The microwave keeps stopping

If it's an inverter type of oven, you might have a problem with the inverter board. Could be a lot of other things, too, such as a bad thermal protector, bad thermistor, bad fan, or something else.

Kenmore microwave fan won't shut off

The fan is required when the microwave is running, cools the magnetron. The problem may be in one of the interlock door switches, it is to complicated to go through the steps and the testing requirements, plus the alignment is critical.

My microwave won't heat anything up. The light comes on, the plate turns round and it makes all the right noises but it doesn't heat anything up.

Since the light and fan work the main board or the processor is working .Now identify the parts by clicking this link: http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/microwave/a/5/141/identifying-microwave-parts.html

As there is no heating please do not switch on unless you have confirmed the fault. It is possible that the Magnetron is faulty, the temperature cut off is faulty or the main capacitor is short. It is also quite possible that insect can get into the oven and create soft spots. When you switch on these will create a short and make the voltage jump and in the long run damage the magnetron.
So Remove cover after disconnecting , check for dirt/moisture in the cabin, if so wipe clean and dry, check the magnetron and area clean and use an jet air to clean off. Check the wave guide covers, if food had deposited
then it must be checked or replaced.

See link: http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/microwave/a/5/1146/how-to-replace-a-microwave-guide-cover.html

Now keeping clear of the microwave, switch on, use a cup of water inside to test.
If you notice any sparks shut off as the magnetron or the main HT capacitor can be faulty. replace with same type.
If there is heating without any issues, you can use the microwave safely

Panasonic Model No. NN-S933BF Microwave Oven

No sorry the issue will be with eiher the inverter, the magnetron or the main timer board. There is a tracer signal that comunicates through these components and if it doesnt get to where it is supposed to go it wil just shut off, the big hint at that is the time interval. It is not something like a sensor heating up and causing a fault. it is not running long enough to get any thing hot it is in the electroincs. Too expoensive to repair, im sorry better to get a new one. Good Luck

Works - but the sound has changed

Possibly, the "fault" was the buzzing in the first place! Buzzing is usually a cabinet vibration caused by magnetic fields from the "gubbins". If the buzzing should occur again, try pushing/ pulling/ poking the cabinet while the oven is running, you may find a position that causes the buzz to stop.
Another possibility is you previously had something else placed in close proximity to the oven.
If a rattling cabinet is the problem, either try to reposition something, or just ignore it!
