How to Remove Replace Install your Acer Aspire 5738Z Laptop CD/DVD Optical Drive

2. Find the CD/DVD Optical Drive release button.

3. Pull out your Acer Aspire CD/DVD Optical Drive.

There is no default password for Administrator user.
Normally you can set the Administrator during installation. If you don't know or you didn't install the system yourself ask who install the windows for the password.

Try Google search for this model on the Internet or EBay.

It should be on the COA stick on the bottom. If not you can try Belarc advisor which is a free program that will pull it out for you.

You need to clear the CMOS.
In order to do that, you need to unplug it from the wall, remove the normal battery, and then try turning it on ( to remove any stored charge).
