I went online to the company. The printer co. tried to download a driver for me but my computer didn't seem to recognize the driver or the co. couldn't find anywhere to download the driver. After I thought the driver had been installed I connected the cable from the printer to the computer. The computer recognized the "new printer". I tried to get the printerr to copy from the computer but couldn't get it to print. This printer was given to me but they have no disc or paper work on it.

update the printer driver cd..go to device manager and check the properties of the printer ..other wise there is a problem in the printer port of your printer.

Maybe you didn't install the driver properly, i guess that model will need you to install the driver 1st before connecting your printer to the PC.
Try uninstalling the driver...restarting PC...reinstalling driver...connecting printer (while in off position)...switching on your printer.

Whenever i log onto Skype or Facebook to video chat it dosent work..when u plug the USB cable in it dosent work like the computer dosetn regonize that its there. so it never works for me.

Make sure your drivers are installed and updated. If you haven't, you can download the driver directly from the company website by clicking here.

I recommend rebooting after the installation finishes, to make sure the system will recognize the driver. If this didn't work, respond back and I we can try some other solutions.

This is a network series printer. Go to the embedded webserver by typing the IP address of the printer into the address bar of your web browser. You can then see all the settings. Check to see what the toner density is set at. You can also download the HP Universal PCL5 driver which might work better for you.

You can go to Manufacturers website and look for the updated driver that will run with Win7.

Plug in the Cam and then put the install disc in the CD Drive. After that follow the instructions.
