You will have to unlock using your PUK code.that comes with your line.please check the pack of your sim card and retrieve the PUK code there.thanks

You will get the PUK code from your cellular operator itself. So please contact the customer care of the cellular operator and they will provide you PUK code. They will ask for mobile no and the last paid bill or last recharge on your phone.

To unlock the phone first switch off the Nokia 1616 Cell Phone. Remove the battery for 30 minutes. Reinsert the battery and switch on the Nokia 1616 Cell Phone. Enter the default code 12345 or 00000.Your Nokia 1616 Cell Phone will be unlocked.

Well if you are tied to a particular network all you have to do is to unlock your phone to use it any other GSM network. You can get the unlock code through online.
