You will need to go to the main Facebook website (https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/319547548123767) and Facebook will verify your identity using another method. This is the only way you can access an existing account if you cannot verify it in the standard ways.

Log in with your email address and then update your mobile phone number.

make a new account and go to facebook help or use some one else's account and do the same. facebook may close the account down, but at least the account will be close. if not they will ask you for your old details, in future put a facebook lock on your account then only changes can be changed by your phone number, they send you a text and you have to say its you or they ask for a number, you can even lock the account to your devices, up to 10 devices. then if anyone tries to log on it will not let them and inform you that there is strange activity on your login.

You should be able to login into Facebook using your old email address and password. Just be sure once you get into Facebook to change your email to you current one, before you get locked out of your Facebook account.

Grandma M, I suggest that you open a new account with anotgher email ID and add friends all over again.It can't be too difficult to get together all the friends of a 10 year old! Make sure the password is complex with numbers and letters with some capital letters. It's accounts with simple passwords that get hacked easy. Please tell your grandkid that she should ignore any emails supposedly from facebook asking her to login. This could be a phishing page trying to get her login and PW. She should login ONLY from the main page that is book marked.

to make changes like email addresses you need to contact Facebook using their Help section as they will need to "qualify" your new email address as to belonging to you

open facebook of your grandkids then view pictuers, then right click on every picture and save it to your computer,,,,, when you done copy pictuers from your grandkids upload to your account
