Hi. Try this: change your language settings to a European language. After that you can choose your radio type: choose Europe. Exit the menu. Now you will be able to choose radio stations with two decimals, for example fm 88.15. I hope this solves your problem.

My iphone 3GS is not been charging when I dock in JBL On Time 200P and it used to charge just fine. This happened after I used in a travel a hotel iHome as my charging dock, and then a wall charger for...

It seems an issue of the dock connector of your Iphone, please check if there's no contact blocked or bended, if there's one or more contacts with these conditions, you may need to replace the dock connector of Iphone.

AM radio tuner set as MW tuner. How to switch to U.S.A. AM mode?

AM is just another name for MW. The Radio should tune to a strong signal regardless of the frequency the radio is set to. It should also sweep the entire frequency looking for stations. I'm assuming it has a channel scan setting, plus options to set a number for the station. AM/MW are very much dependent on the position of the either internal or external Ariel. If you have the radio in the wrong position or you have some electrical equipment nearby it could block the signal for the station you want, but not affect the others. Which might explain why it can't find the station you want.

Compatability with 4th gen nano

I have had exactly the same problem having bought a JBL Radial Micro for my partner for Xmas for use with the Ipod Nano, i contacted JBL via their website and was advised to contact Harmen on 01707278100. I was advised that the new ipod nano (chromatic) would not charge on the JBL radial micro. They stated that this was due to Apple changing the charging pin in the new nano. I have since bought a JBL Stage III. I contacted Harmen before buying this and was advised that the Stage II would not work. Hope that this is of use.
