Need codes of a norcent DP300 DVD player for an innovage universal remote

0039,0033,0030.
Try these codes. If you wish to get more details; check the sites linked here. It has set-up code list & set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. Common codes to check devices with different brand TVs are given, in the order of the device's brand name list in alphabetical order. Pull up older posts. Surf the site with patience.

Try downloading a program called DVD Shrink. It may be able to transfer the DVD to your computer so you can make a copy of it.

Purchased the DP300 at the Goodwill. The DVD has the remote control;however, I do not know how to use the remote control. I used the red, yellow, and white connector to my the DVD player and to the TV but...

with regard to using the remote control :

Make sure the batteries in the remote are working (they go in the back of the remote at the bottom).

Turn on the DVD player with the power button on the DP300 itself (lower left). Open the dvd tray either with the remote (press open/close button, upper right) or with the button on the DP300. Put a DVD in the tray and close it with the remote or the button on the DP300. The DVD should load.

Use the arrow buttons in the centre of the remote to select choices from the onscreen menu of the DVD. Press Play (centre of the 4 arrow buttons) to activate the choice you want. For example, if you want to play a movie, use the arrow buttons to go up or down until "play movie" is selected, then hit PLAY, and movie will play. If you want to choose a scene/chapter of the movie, use arrow buttons to go up or down until Scene Selection or Chapter is selected (highlighted), and press PLAY. This should bring up a list of the scenes or chapters. Use the arrow buttons to select the one you want, then hit PLAY, and that scene should play.

If the DVD tray is taking less than 20 seconds to operate, there is likely no problem. If it is taking more, there may be. I think the mechanism that opens and closes the tray is often the first thing to stop working on DVD and CD players.

The remote has stopped working for my DP 300 DVD player. I changed the batteries, and I have operated another remote successfully with the new batteries, so it is not the batteries

Try to check the battery terminal the one that is connected into the pcb it might be loosed. sometimes the lead that holds the battery terminal is not properly connected. or try to check the led sensor the one that looks like a bulb, in order to check it you must have a cellphone with a camera then point the sensor into your camera lens then press any button you will see in your cellphone monitor that there is a red light glowing that indicates that the remote is in good condition.

Hello
Just buy one PHILIPS UNIVERSAL REMOTE CONTROL MODEL NUMBER [CL 034]. Your Norcent TV is listed it its codes. Codes are:

Direct Code Entry

1. Press and hold the CODE SEARCH

button until the red indicator stays

on, then release the CODE SEARCH

button.

2. Press and release the desired Mode

button (TV, VCR, etc.). The red

indicator blinks, then stays lit.

3. Enter the 4 digit code from the code

tables. Note: after a valid code entry,

the red indicator turns off. For an

invalid code, the red indicator

flashes.

4. With your device on, press

Remote Sensor

Start a DVD playing, cover the IR sensor on the DVD player with something opaque. Try changing the volume, the player should keep playing. Your TV, surround sound, and DVD player have conflicting IR codes. The DVD player probably does not use a discreet IC to filter the IR sensor, and the processor in the DVD player is having to look at all the IR codes picked up by the IR sensor. Go to Walmart or KMart and buy a new DVD player for $29.00 or stop changing the volume while watching DVDs :) Sorry, there's no real solution that I know of. Paul.
