I have a wireless phone device type GE IS2 1850-A SMS. Handset lost the connection between the mobile to device base.When I insert the code 0000 device tries to connect and finally informs me that There is no connection.Is there another solution?

1.NormalReset - Dial *#7780#
If you dial this code in Nokia handset, it will restore system setting without missing phone memory data (videos, photos, songs).

2. .Deep Reset - Dial *#7370#
When this code isdialed in Nokia handset, it will wholly clean internal phone memory. Entire phone settings and profiles will be deleted, but there is no effect on memory card data.

You shouldn't need a code to reset the handset, but the base requires a PIN (Default PIN is "0000"). I have typed the instructions below, but here is a link to the online PDF: http://dl.owneriq.net/5/5d7cdc19-660a-8934-7d52-e5205df74c27.pdf

Handset:

1. Menu -> Settings ->Handset -> Reset Handset
   
2. OK - press the control key to confirm
3. End Call Button - Long Press (Idle Status)

This will reset individual settings & changes made by you. It will not affect the directory, calls list, SMS lists, the handset registration to the base and stored pictures or ringer melodies.
Base:

1. Menu -> Settings -> Base -> Base Reset
2. Enter the system PIN (Default PIN "0000" or the PIN you created)
3. OK - Press the control key to confirm

Press the on off switch for little long duration, till the Light glows steady/permanent (without blinking).

At this stage it can be connected to a device enabled with Blue tooth in "switched on" condition using the passcode "0000" (four times zero)

To pair the bluetooth headset to your mobile , you have to make your headset in visible mode, to do this

• Press and hold the power button of the headset for 10 seconds, you should see LED flashing in the headset..
• Now search for the bluetooth device from your Handset..
• You could see a speaker symbol in the searched devices in your handset...
• Just select that device and when it asks for the pair code provide 0000 by default of refer you Bluetooth headset manual.... After this you should be getting connected to the headset

The handset has lost the link with the base. This link codes the handset to the base with a unique security code so others with the same phone cannot use your phone line.

If you changed the battery, try disconnecting the base telephone line and ac adapter for a while (1/2 hour or so if possible).

Remove the battery from the handset as well.

After 1/2 hour, install the battery in the handset, connect the telephone line and ac adapter to the base. Place the handset in the charging base and the link should be established. If not, the phone is defective.

You need to reconnect this phone with the "base". If more than one charger came with this set, only one of them is the base. This would be the one connected to the phone line.

Please place it back in the charger that is the base or home unit.

At the corded base set go to link handset go to 1 press flash/programm you will be asked to waiting for registration with handset, then go to handset go link base there also click on yes and again on flash/programm button you will be connected
