The link to the TE2300 display driver:

http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/modelContent.jsp?ct=SB&os=&category=&moid=539601&rpn=PT230U&modelFilter=TE2300&selCategory=2756709&selFamily=1073768664

Click Download, and the display driver should be on page 3. Should be an Intel MontaraGM Display Adapter and ought to be a straightforward install.

Hi

You do not mention which operating system you installed for this laptop.

http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/modelContent.jsp?ct=DL&os=&category=&moid=539601&rpn=PT230U&modelFilter=TE2300&selCategory=2756709&selFamily=1073768664

This laptop was designed for Windows 2000/Windows XP only.

You will not find any drivers for any other version of Windows from Toshiba because Toshiba do not offer them.

Any website offering Windows Vista or Windows 7 drivers for this laptop is a misleading website. When you go to that site, you will not find the Drivers there and looking for them there or anywhere else would be a waste of your time.

If your laptop is running Windows XP, you can download the drivers from the above link.

If these drivers are not compatible with FM 2009, then, regrettably, it will not be possible for you to use this laptop to play that game.

If you want to play the game, you will have to obtain a more up-to-date laptop or desktop computer, with more powerful graphics.

Sorry for the bad news.

I am using dell inspiron 1564 .now i cant even install a single game because of vga problem ... what shall i do now sir

As you are using dell inspiron 1564 it comes with a atleast 512mb graphics card by default. If you are not able to play games on it due to Vga problem first check you install the proper vga display drivers for the laptop or try to reinstall the vga display driver again from the drivers disk you get with the laptop. After installation of proper vga drivers all your games will work perfectly.

No video output from atapi dvd rw after OS reinstall, cd rw ok

>> VGA controller (vga compatible) error in the device manager

Windows has not found a "good" device-driver for the "integrated" video-controller on your motherboard; it is using the "generic" adapter.

So, trying to download the "SIS Mirage Graphics" software is an attempt by Windows to download a "specific" device-driver that matches your video-adapter hardware.

You might try installing an add-in video-card, to see if Windows will install the correct device-driver, and still boot-up correctly.

Otherwise, take the computer to a qualified technician, for trouble-shooting about your boot-up problem.

It should be install the proper version of your VGA, if not at all, reinstall your operating system to see if this problem exist.
Or try to install your VGA card to another PC, at least you have idea where its your VGA have a problem...

VGA CANT BE INSTALLED

Please check your system's user's manual. It's likely it's got an integrated VGA card on the motherboard, which needs to be DISABLED in order to allow an external one (PCI, PCIe, etc) to work.
If you already have an external VGA card that was working, XP and Vista are very capable of detecting older video cards, and occasionally miss one or two during installation. This is fixed by running the Windows Update utility several times. Try that.
If that fails, I would suggest you try reinstalling the operating system, which, by the way, you haven't specified what it is.
Good luck!
