Mine was shiped from over sea and mine did the same, I just blow hard in the hose when it want to drain and then it happened about twice again and I blow into the drain pipe and it worked. There might be a blockage from ststoring it for a long time.

Hi,
When ever you are keeping the machine ideal for two years the machine may get rusted because once you start using the machine the dust will started to deposit at the bottom of the drum.
you may put some oil or grease over the mechanism and check even after doing that also if you find the same problem means you have change the inner bearings

My LG Tromm front load washing machine gives me an OE error. Referring to a drain problem. What should I be looking for/

HI, check the following to address this issue.

1. Clogged drain line or water pump
Check to see if there's something stuck inside the pump or the drain hose connected to the pump (pump is usually located at the bottom and towards the back of the washing machine).

2. Water Pump
If the drain line isn't clogged, you may have a problem with the water pump such as a frozen pulley or a broken impeller. If that's the case replace the water pump. Note: if you have a belt driven washer, check the belt(s) for cracks, as this would be a perfect time to replace the belt(s) if needed.

**The most common issue will be an obstructed hose or, line

Fabric softener not draining

Remove the dispenser drawer by pushing down on the tab at the center back and pulling drawer out. Now, remove the top of the fabric softener compartment and the parts of the soap dispenser and clean them all out. An old toothbrush often helps. Reassemble and replace. They should siphon out now.
