I have the same problem!!! We need a class action lawsuit against Samsung for this problem on their French Door fridge. Instead of fixing it they want the consumer to pay for repair. NO MORE SAMSUNG PRODUCTS FOR ME!!!!!

Guy at Lowes said its a Compressor problems cycling on and off. Samsung finally had enough complaints. Good thing is compressor has a 10 year warranty,
It's not a compressor problem. Samsung uses duel evaporator coils. The one in the back of the fresh food side has frozen. The refrigerator needs to be turned off with the doors open for at least a day, then remove the back cover in the refrigerator and replace the two thermisters you will see there attached to the coils. This is a very common problem, but is fairly easy to fix.
