I have a kdl46v3000 sony lcd 36 inch tv and the screen in the middle sometimes goes black. Also the screen on the leftside sometimes has a blur. Like a ghost picture. Please help. Do you know how much it would be to fix or how to fix it?

This tv have a problems with a board that call T-CON decodering board.This T-CON decodering board sit at the bottom in the middle of the LCD screen panel.This T-CON decodering board,decodering the tv incomming broadcasting tv signal before it go into the tv LCD screen panel to produce pictures.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a refurbish T-CON decodering board for the replacement.

You may ahev failing T-CON board, try having a small fan blowing at the vent on the back of the TV. If you can post pictures it will help a lot.

The T-con board is developing problems,just not dead yet.This board it sit at the middle of bottom of the LCD screen.That board is the cause.
