Whta is difference between micro USB 2.0 and Micro USB 3.0 ?

Try a different Micro-USB cable. It is usually caused by the cable's micro-USB end being loose and not the tablet's charging port. Most smartphones these days use Micro-USB so you can usually try using one of those if you have one.

Use a different charger - se if any of the ones you have for your phones are Micro USB - they will charge it fine.

If not get a usb/micro usb cable or micro usb charger from most shops in the high street for 4 or 5 pounds.

If using the usb jack on a pc or laptop swap to a different usb jack on the pc or laptop

1) Plug it into a different USB port on your pc;
2) Use a different USB charger - look to see if the one supplied with your 'phone has the common Micro USB jack;

1. Download and install EASEUS Data Recovery
2. Insert micro SD
3. Open EASEUS Data Recovery, choose Complete Recovery - Next
4. Select the drive micro SD - Next
5. Save the data to the hard disk (max. 1GB)
6. Because of your micro SD 2GB, repeat the process of recovery (repeat step 2, 3, 4, 5)
After all data is secure, do the process repair micro SD

The first alternative - use the software HP Drive Key Boot Utility

Using the HP Drive Key Boot Utility, for Win XP
1. Download and install the software HP Drive Key Boot Utility
2. Then, double click the file cp006049.exe - select Install.



3. Insert micro SD
4. Then, open the program "HP Drive Key Boot Utility" - Next - select drive - Next - Create new or replace exiting configuration - Next - Hard drive - Next - Create new file system - Next - wait until the process is completed - Next - Create firmware flash package - Next - Finish.
5. Remove the micro SD from the USB port, then insert it again.
6. Quick format micro SD (FAT file system)
7. Restore all data, to the micro SD.

1. Download and install HDD Low Level Format Tool

3. Open program HDD Low Level Format Tool, select micro SD - continue
4. Click S.M.A.R.T - click Get Smart Attributes
5. Click LOW LEVEL FORMAT - click Format this device
6. Wait until the process is complete - press OK
7. Remove the micro SD from the USB port, then insert it again.
8. Quick format micro SD (FAT file system)
9. Restore all data, to the micro SD.

Do you have another USB device which you can use to check if it will come up with the same problem? There are 3 things which could cause it to freeze and restart. It could be a problem with the software device driver needed to detect the USB micro cruzer, the USB port itself or it's the USB micro cruzer. One good thing worth to try is plugging your USB micro cruzer on another computer to check if the problem will also occur there. If it does, then it's isolated to the USB device. If there's no other computer available, 1) Try to run an anti-virus and anti-spyware scan on your computer, 2) start up your computer on safe mode and try to check if it'll occur there as well. 3) If it doesn't occur under safe mode and your able to access your USB device, try to run an anti-virus and anti-spyware scan on your USB device to check for problems there. 4) If all else fails, then it could be a problem with the USB device. hope this helps.

Is it PS/2 or USB? If it's PS/2, the port will be round and you need to restart the computer to use it. If it's USB you should have seen windows installing the drivers for it. If you didn't, try a different port.
