There are two sets of adjustments. Down position and down force, If the travel is set to far in the down position the max down force setting will trip and the door goes back up.
Adjust he down position until a slight gap is visible in the down position. Adjust slight steps until no gap is visible.
If return trips increase the down force slightly . Position adjustments are on the side, down force blue knobs on back. Note adjustment positions before beginning so if you get confused you can start over.

Most likely your door sensors have been bumped and are not aligned properly. Make sure they are pointed at one another and the small light on each one is lit and not blinking.
