I have a Voyager AWM900 am-fm radio cd player in my RV. How do you input an auxilary device (such as an mp3 player)? Where might I find a manual for this unit? Thanks for any help!

If you radio has an Aux input then you can connect a audio cable from your MP3 player to the Aux input on your radio. If your radio does not have an Aux input the you can use a FM transmitter device. Connect the MP3 player to the FM transmitter and tune your FM radio to the radio frequency on this FM adapter to listen to your audio book on your MP3 player. Check out these WEB sites fro FM transmitters. http://dx.com/c/car-accessories-799/car-audio-systems-707/fm-transmitters-players-710
An FMtransmitter is a portable device, which converts a specific audio output into an FM radio signal. It can be plugged into a CD player, satellite radio system, headphone jack, or a portable media player. One common use of an FMtransmitter is to play music from an Mp3 player through the speakers of a car.
If there no suitable audio inputs at the back of the CD reciever then you can use an audio FM transmitter that plugs into the cigarette lighter, then connect your MP3 player into the FM adapter and tune your FM radio the the FM transmitter's frequency to listen to the music on your MP3 player.
Cassete players do not have Aux Inputs. You will need to use an FM Modulator type Aux device that will broadcast to a radio station preset on your radio.

i use a fm transmitter in my car with this radio . what you do is connect the device to an mp3 player and it transmits the music to the radio on this cd player. its so simply really and mine cost €40 and you can get it in almost all electric stores.
If your cd player is a DEH-P4600MP (mp3 player)then you have to turn off the player first, then press the button on the upper right hand corner of the faceplate and then scroll through the menu and find aux to turn it off or on with the "wheel" on the right on the faceplate. You will also find the alarm and clock settings there in the menu as well but the key is to make sure the player is off first while doing this or you can't access the menu. To use the auxillary input on the back of the unit you need to purchase (eBay has them) an aux input adapter ref CD-RB10 cable. Hope this helps.
