Is the reset button for Catch Phrase located on the back of the device? Do you need to use a small pointed item to press it? If this is the reset button, it is not marked.

At the back of your device next to the WAN Port (internet port) you will find a small hole with a button inside it, turn your device off then press and hold the small button in while switching on your device, keep pressing down on the button for about 5 seconds, that will reset your to default settings.

• Turn off the unit.
• Take a microSD card out of the slot. (Empty the microSD card slot.)
• Press and hold down the power button for a few seconds while pressing and holding down the "Home" (Silver Push Button) button. (Both "Power" and "Home" buttons must be pressed down until he see the phrase "upgrade system activated" in the middle of the screen.
• Release both buttons once the phrase "upgrade system activated" appears on the screen.
• Wait until it reboots. You will see the following sentences on the left top corner of the screen: Can not find any update image. Press MENU/KEY_VOLUMEUP key to init SD card, Press BACK/KEY_VOLUMEDOWN key to cancel.
• Press the "VOLUME UP" key. The volume up key is located at the left side of the unit and the button is closer to the built-in camera than the volume down button.
• Wait until it finishes making a partition and shut down the system automatically.
• Once the unit is turned off, your system will be reset to the factory settings. Thus, your previous data are lost at this point.

The only way to reset password to default if the existing one has been forgotten is to do a full factory reset.
On the back of the router there is a small hole that will say "Reset" above it. Using a pen, paperclip, or other small item. press and hold the button for 30 seconds while it is plugged in.
Disconnect power for 30 seconds and plug the router back in.
This is usually sufficient to reset the device back to defaults. If this method fails repeat the above but after plugging power in for the last time Hold down the reset button for another 30 seconds.
Make sure you count slow, as holding the button too long is better then not holding it long enough.

Try a master reset:

• Turn off the unit.
• Plug the unit into an electrical outlet.

To turn the portable player ON, with the HOLD switch in the OFF position, press any button. To turn the portable player OFF, press and hold the OPTION/PWR OFF button. The player will enter the STANDBY mode and the screen will turn OFF to save battery power. If the standby mode continues for approximately one day or more, the player will automatically turn OFF completely.
If the Player still doesn't turn OFF, Reset the Player by pressing the RESET button on the Player using a Sharp pointed object for 3 seconds. The RESET button is located next to the STRAP hole. The RESET button is a small hole.

The reset button on your nuvi will switch the device off. The reset button can be used to switch your device off if the screen is frozen and you are unable to switch the device off by the power button.

To reset a nuvi 2xx:

1. Look at the bottom of the device
2. Locate the small circle with a dot inside (very small)
3. Press the circle to reset the device.

To reset a nuvi 3xx or 6xx:

1. Lift the antenna
2. Locate a button with the word Reset inside
3. Press the button to reset the device.

The device will now switch off.

If you press the reset button you only make a reboot.
To reset all the value to the factory setting you have to:
- Power off the device
- Hold the reset button pressed
- While you press the reset button put the power back on

Now your gateway address is again 192.168.1.254, login is admin and password is not present (leave it blank).
