You need to replace it through any authorized service center.

First thing i would try is doing a cleaning but a dry head cleaner.

i went to www.htclcd.com for my replacement LCD only cost $55 and came with the T5 Torx screwdriver

i don't know exactly but let me tell you that u can change ur lcd by urself. just open the cell phone disconect the lcd conector and replace the newone
