Sony Cyber-shot DSC-S700 photos are pink/purple.

When I turn on the camera to take a photo everything is pink/purple through the view finder screen and same if you take a photo. Yet all the past photos I have taken view fine through the screen.

    I have the same problem.Ive had my Sony cybershot DSC-T20 for a year and its just started to take pink/ purple pictures. If anyone could let me know what is wrong wit it that would be great.

In the shooting mode, press the trashcan button just below and left of the cursor pad then select the desired image size.

What's your problem?Hi how can i wright automatically date & time on the photos in my Sony camera DSC-S700
The date and time (and a lot more) are stored with every picture in its EXIF metadata. Any photo viewing/editing program should be able to display this data. To print this data, please consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print your pictures. Depending on the program and printer you may print the date on the image, in the margins, or on the back.

My cybershot dsc-s950 shows horizontal lines in the photo, how can I correct this John
Horizontal lines in the photo, followed by purple hazing and finally black...the CMOS sensor is defective (recalled many years ago) and finally gave out. Your little camera is done, sorry.

I cannot delete any photos from the memory disk

you can also reset your camera so everything would be deleted in the memory stick.
you can also plug your camera in your computer, access the memory stick and delete everything or the photos you want.

Hi there make sure now your default storage place is external memory card. if it is then go in setting and format the card. Then restart the phone and see the result.

Hi there some how your camera LCD pressed by out side & the screen is damages. That's why you get the lines. Specially its come some particular area in the LCD screen. Just the way of resolve is resolve the LCD screen. Thanks & waiting for your feedback.

Sony had a certain issue with the CCD chip on this camera. If it's this issue, they'll fix it free plus $20 until March 2010.

I have a sony cyber shot DSC-S700 camera, I can take photos but when I want to download them on my pc there is no photos there to view but I still can view them on the camera itself
Pictures are saved into folders on the camera - 101, 102, 103, etc. When accessing the camera from the computer, be sure you are looking in the folder on the camera where the pictures are.
