Go to Brothers web site and look for downloads or drivers. Download the drivers for your model and install them. Also if it has any software/manuals that the model uses you should find it there as well. I you already have software installed I would uninstall and reinstall the software you download.

Have you uninstalled the driver/software and then reinstalled it?? Give that a shot!!

Uninstall skypelink and remove the usb cable of the phone from the computer. Reinstall, and after install, plug in the usb cable.

As per installation instructions, you shouldn't plug in the USB before you have installed the software....
