Well you can please follow the below steps - 1. Disconnect your car battery. It is vitally important to your safety that you never work on any type of electronic in your car with the battery still connected, as this puts you at risk for electrocution. 2. Remove the old stereo by taking off all the dashboard panels surrounding your stereo, sliding out your old stereo head unit, and unplugging all the wires that are connected to the head unit. Discard the old stereo. 3. Take your Pioneer car stereo head unit and plug each of the positive wires from your car speakers to the positive terminals on the head unit. Take all of the negative speaker wires and connect them to the negative terminals on the head unit. 4. Attach the stereo's black ground wire to a metal bolt or screw located near where the stereo is mounted in the dash. 5. Connect all of the ignition power wires to your Pioneer stereo. 6. Take the harness connector and plug it into your car stereo. Now plug the antenna into the back of your head unit. 7. Slide the stereo back into the dash, screw it in place, and replace the dashboard pieces you removed earlier. 8. Reconnect your car battery, turn the car on and test out your new Pioneer car stereo. Dont know if you tried this already but go to a car audio store and ask for an adapter the plugs into your stereo and then it plugs into the factory wiring harness. its easier and cleaner and less stressfull. if you done so write back and Ill see if I can send you a pick or something.
Purchase the aftermarket wire harness at from a local installation shop. WIres will match color for color to this harness then mate to the factory connector. This could save hours attempting to figure out the factory wire harness.
OK, this is pretty easy to do. First connect your leads from the component outputs(i.e., tape, cd, phono, etc) to the recievers corresponding input for the device. Then connect the recievers outputs to your equalizer, if it is a seperate eq. Then the outputs of that to your amplifier, then your speakers to that. Be sure all of your wires are connected with the proper polarity. These instructions may be a little different for your exact setup but basically follow the same order minus any device you dont have.
