2 choose language
3 select region
4 select network
5 Activation Lock
There you write the apple id and password, you used when you set the phone up.

Don't panic just try to use your puk code from your sim card bundle to unlock samsung metro 5200 phone password. If you can't find your puk code, call your network customer service and they will give it to you. if keys not working means , try to service ur keypads... the service guy might change the keypad ic... it wil cost less only... without rectifying the keypad u cannot unlock.
