You have to check whether your printer was set up as a network printer or just a one to one printer in your workplace.
If it is a network printer, please check with your IT administrator whether it was set up with a fixed IP or using dynamic IP. After get these details, just set it up same as in your home network.
A possible reset might solve hence remove your printer from the PC and uninstall the printer software. Now reinstall the printer driver software and connect the Printer to be detected and installed. Check printer properties to see the ink levels.
Use head cleaning before a test is taken . It is possible that the head is not reacting to the need of the command , can be an issue with ink drying , can also be poor ink cartridge contacts
