I Have a 2006 pontiac G6 gt with the 3500 engine, The battery was removed positive side first and now after it was replaced the fuel pump isn't working, everything else seems fine but the pump doesn't even cycle when the key is turned, I have checked all the fuses and they seem to be fine except I can crank the engine over with the key but not with the remote start feature. could it be a security system issue? I already tried to reset both the passkey and the antitheft systems. I have had no previous problems with anything and the car only has about 50k miles on it. Please help if you have any suggestions I don't believe the fuel pump is bad but don'tknow what else to check...

You can't fix it yourself. It takes a scanner at your Local Dealership to do it. People do it, (new battery) everyday unaware that doing so can and usually does, arm the theft system and either kills the radio or the whole car. To me it's just another built-in defect that requires dealer assistance. It's a buzzkill I know, and it probably won't be long until car owners won't even have access to the engine compartment. Sorry.

Hello I need help locating the fuse/relay for my power windows on my 2006 Pontiac G6. My windows are stuck in the down position.

The 2007 Pontiac G6 engine compartment fuse block is located on the driver's side of the engine compartment, near the battery. The wiring circuits in Pontiac G6 are protected from short circuits by a combination of fuses, circuit breakers and fusible links. This greatly reduces the chance of damage caused by electrical problems. Below diagram and table shows 2007 Pontiac G6 Engine Compartment Fuse Panel, Relay and the Circuit Protected.
