If you are usiing windows, should checl Cotrol Panel, audio and sound device and verify is sound is bot on 0%. also should check in Advanced Properties if speaker not silenced. Sometimes Windows silences ithe computer without any apparent reason. Steps might be slightly different, depending o version of Windows.

go to www.belarc.com they have there a software in the download session just in case you don't have an internet connection you can download it from other computer, run it in the laptop without serial number and they get all your computer information and the serial number. it maybe because it might be a little problem. the mail incoming is currently not sending mail to the server, which mail recieves messages from. in order to solve the problem. you need to fix the settings. what is your mail provider?

There is most likelt a channel not working in either the receiver or amplifier depending upon what equipment you own. Could you update this with a list of the equipment in the system?
