Forgot my password and need guest password

Unless you set one up, you will need to reset as I previously answered.

You might want to try the admin password: leave the user name blank, and enter the password "admin"

I have a linksys E2500 and I need the password

You could try to connect to your router with a CAT5e network cable. Then open your browser and open the webpage http://192.168.1.1
When prompted for your username and password, try password 'admin' (without quote marks) and leave username empty.

If that doesn't work, reset your router and configure all the options over again (make sure you have all required information for the settings). For more information, look at this knowledge base article: kb.linksys.com/Linksys/GetArticle.aspx?docid=6af0fc7147664d2eaef47a2189a1ffce_E2500_FAQs.xml

Forgot linksys e2500 wireless password

You could do a factory reset. This way, the unit will revert to the default username and password. You'll need to reconfigure all the settings though.

Forgot guest pw on cisco e2500

If a password was set by user, no one else will know it if you forget it.
If the password needs to be reset to factory, so you can log in with the "default" password AND RE-SETUP EVERYTHING, then you'll need to reset the Linksys E2500 to factory defaults. You can usually do that via a special button or sequence of actions.
The E2500 manual will have specific directions for performing a factory default reset. You can download the manual for the E2500 from http://support.linksys.com/en-us/support/routers/E2500

By default, the router has a SSID ID of 'linksys', with *NO* security, and *NO* password. Configure the router to enable security, and to set the SSID and to set a password.
