The main ones to tighten are the ones on the legs that you can see. What makes it really wobbly are the legs not being balanced or spaced apart wide enough. They should be extended out enough for them to be resting on the side of the top where they enter the motor housing, and the feet should be relatively flat on the floor. Push them out (don't force them of course) then use your foot to nudge them out until they're stable enough for your needs. I found it also helps to set this up on a carpet instead of bare wood floor. The swinging motion can sometimes rock the legs up/out a little and make it look unstable.

How do I tighten a wobbly soft close toilet seat?

There are two(2) nuts under the outside edge of rim of bowl(bottom section)right in front of tank. use fingers to tighten, and pliers to secure. If it will not tighten, then the posts molded in are loose, requiring replacement. Sometimes even if new on these types.

Toilet seat too loose

Is the nut thats on the under side fastened all the way and If you've done that and the screw keeps getting loose then the threads inside the nut or on the screw may be worn away. If thats the case, you may have to by some new screws and I'm not sure if they sell those separately you would usually have to buy a new toilet seat to get new screws, but try home depot or walmart.

How do I take the rear view mirror off a 2005 ford territory? it has seems to have a metal pad that the mirror slides onto. my current mirror wobbles while I drive - apparently it is a common fault?? I...

There should be a small set screw on the side of the metal pad that tightens against the mirror to keep it from wobbling. It may be loose or missing. It takes a very small allen wrench to tighten the set screw. If tightening the screw doesn't stop the wobbling, you can loosen it far enough to slide the mirror up and out of the bracket. Slide the other mirror into the bracket and tighten the set screw.

How to stop seat from wobbling doesnt seem to have screws that fo into seat just a place for seat to sit on and then some cap to put over but nothing seems to tighten it.Im tired of falling off the toilet

First lift the covers off where the bolts should be (they should lift towards the tank). Are the bolts in place? If not, go to your neighborhood hardware store and look for replacement hardware. (Most stores will have staff willing to help you find the right parts.) Is the bowl damaged so that the holes seem large compared to the holes in the seat anchor points? Are the seat anchor points damaged?

The bolts should have nuts (and possibly washers, but not all models use them) underneath the bowl. Screw down the bolt while holding the nut from turning (so you need an adjustable wrench or appropriately sized wrench). Again see the local hardware store for the hardware if you do not have the nuts. Keep the seat centered as you tighten the bolts. (Alternate tightening until it is stable - do not tighten one bolt all the way down before doing the other side. You risk overtightening and cracking the bowl.)

I hope this helps.

(if the seat is damaged, you may want to replace it. If the bowl is damaged you must replace that.)

Loose toilet seat

If the screws don't tighten the either the screw threads are stripped or the attachment nut is stripped. Take the screw and nut to any hmoe repair center and get new ones. remember don't over-tighten then screws as this will crack the unit.

Reach under the bowl of the toilet and feel for a rather large wing-nut bolt on each side of the toilet. You must hold these with your hand and tighten the screws with a screwdriver. If you don't hold these wingnuts, then the screws will keep spinning forever and never tighten. Run your hand directly below the toilet just below the screws and you will find them. VERY EASY FIX!
