Your CD reader is damaged and will need to be replaced. You can attempt the repair yourself by purchasing the PART HERE (not sure which model you have - 800 or 800MK2)

However, I do not suggest self-repair if you have no electronics experience, as you will damage your unit even more. Seek the help of a professional for something like this.

When i put a cd in the cdj it won't read it and ejects it

Hi,

This is more than likely a laser issue. Does it spin the disc up? The first thing the CDJ will do when you put a disc in, is look for a reflection of the laser, which tells it that there is a disc inserted. There should be a short pause whilst it does this, before it fails and spits the disc back out again. If this is the case, there is either dirt and grime on the laser lens, or the laser needs to be replaced. Normally I recommend replacing the traverse mechanism, which includes the spindle motor and laser assembly.

If this needs to be replaced, either ask for more help, or contact your local Pioneer Service Agent.

Hope this helps :)

Display reads No Disc despite all the discs checking out.

Hi, the optical lens assembly has failed. this is triggering the (no disc) error code. you will need to replace this failed optical assembly.

Pioneer cdj 200 wont read discs

Hi, try cleaning the lens with a cleansing disk. if this doesn't produce results, it will confirm a major issue within the lens assembly. you will need to replace the lens assembly in this case. it is unable to track or read in this damaged sate.
