It's stuck because it doesn't see the proper voltage on the line. You either have the cords in the wrong place, low line voltage, or didn't follow setup instructions. Try looking to see if your base cord is not plugged in properly or if there's an instruction to start with or without batteries.

My Motorola Photon Q will not receive or send texts or calls, what can I do?

I would check with sprint to see if your account is up to date. Otherwise, I would suggest going to your settings and see if you can update your phones's prl and profile. go to settings, tap "About phone", Tap "System updates", then tap each option. Good Luck!

Incoming calls not possible

Regarding that you can't receive any call mean your incoming call may be forwarded (call diverted). So please go to your call setting and see whether you have set a call divert or not? If it's set than cancel a call divert and see whether it's working or not?
Whereas internet setting please refer or contact your service provider for your configuration to access your internet.
OR,
(If not go to menu>setting>Restore factory setting>Restore setting only>Security code(in this security code please provide 12345, Cos 12345 is the default code for nokia hand-set. But if you had changed from the default code than please provide your code))

We have a Panasonic KX-T7433 telephone at work but 2 of the phones do not ring when we have a call we have to go and pick up the main phone at the other end of the room. We can call out on the phones but...

From the phone, press intercom and dial 790. That clears any "cleaning person" button presses. Check the ringer control button on the left side of the phone to make sure it's on. The "we can't pick up the call" is disturbing because the line should appear on your phone. In a TD system, the lines are normally numbered 01-12, but that's on this side of the pond. If you have ISDN ot EI trunks, they may be different. In a standard key system, the line buttons are called Single CO (SCO) buttons and are programmed by prressing Program 99 on an idle phone, then the button and reading them. If they don't say SCO 01 02 03 etc, you dial 0+01 02 03 etc STORE to change them.

Pick up the handset and drop it back down when you're finished.

KX-TG6441 Phone shows "in

You have a short circuit somewhere...start by unplugging the phone from the phone jack in the wall. Wait 15 minutes or so for the line to clear, then try calling your number from another phone. If you hear a ring, the problem is either in your phone internally, or the cord connecting the phone to the jack (which can be replaced at Radio Shack or similar). BTW, are there other phones in the house? If so, do the same with them one at a time to isolate the problem. If disconnecting all phones (and waiting) doesn't clear the problem you have a short elsewhere, such as house wiring, or the phone jacks. But a busy signal ALWAYS indicates a short... good luck.

My nokia phone can neither call nor receive acall,,its barring codes are blocked

I am sure this solution will help you, Just follow the steps.
1- Go into the settings and find the option of call barring usually its in call settings option. 2- Then you find the option of deactivate barring on all outgoing & incoming calls select yes and if it ask you any code or password then its 0000 by default or your sim pin code if you haven't changed. 3- After deactivating barring of incoming and outgoing calls, your phone can make and receive calls.
