Lexmark recognizes that some of our inkjet all-in-one customers
may be experiencing issues with their print quality. We take our
customer user experience very seriously, and we strive to ensure that each time
a customer prints using a Lexmark device the page is crisp, clear and up to the
highest standards.
However, if your device is displaying a 'printhead error' on the hardware and/or you are suddenly experiencing a print quality issue, please contact the Lexmark Technical Support Center at 1-800-539-6275 or point your browser to http://bit.ly/lFKDzs for online technical assistance.
Sometimes the ink
cartridge carrier won't automatically move to its loading position even when
the printer is on and the cover is open. Follow the steps below:
1. Unplug the
printer from the power source.
2. With the cover
open, hold the solid white strip that connects from the carrier assembly to the
ink cartridge carrier and gently slide the cartridge carrier to the center of
the printer.
3. Remove the
used cartridges.
4. Load the new
cartridges. Close the cover.
5. Plug the printer back to the power source.
