I have a Sanyo Zio Kyocera and i cant unlock my phone,using unlock pattern. says in manual to touch forgot pattern? I see this nowhere on my screen. Also I have had to change email addresses, so can't access the gmail account I created on my phone.

Please note that all data will be deleted from the Sanyo Zio as a result of this procedure. This process may or may not delete data stored on the microSD card. We recommend backing up all of your personal data before proceeding.
First, try this:

1. From the main home screen, tap menu
2. Tap Settings, then Privacy
3. Tap Factory data reset
4. Tap Reset phone
5. Enter your unlock pattern if required, then tap Erase everything to confirm

All data including third-party applications will be deleted from the Sanyo Zio. Once the wipe is complete, the phone will reboot to its factory fresh state.

u need to call the manufactor of your phone because cell ohone companies cant unlock it when its a password you have created, but the manufator can. hope this will help you

Call the service provider get the reset code and reset it.

The phone has to be wipe to unlock....That the only way..

remove its battery and also remove the memory card and cell phone chips continued to test by replacing the memory chips and other mobile phone card and then turn, if you can not try to open the menu over the computer via Bluetooth, if you still can try to try and re-install resset soffwer

you need to re program your phone go to a nearest cellular shop in your area it has lots of work to be done on it

Hi ashleysmi298 go on your computer and sign in to google. Under settings go to forgot password. You need to get you gmail password. If you don't remember the only other way is to do a hard reset on the phone. But here is the bad news , You will lost all your information and settings apps and whatever else you have on the phone, Now by going to google you can get your password and user name back. If that doesn't work you will need to powwer the phone off. hold the power and the up and down voule button at the same time. You do this until t comes on the screen.Now make sure you take out your memory card . If you don't want to do any of this go to your local carrier and have them help you with the hard reset.
