On-Off light not working

Is it possible to buy and replace a burnt out bulb for my on-off switch on my Bunn Coffee maker? If so, is there a schematic diagram available to do this repair?

Many thanks for the solution. I found a company that offers replacement switches for about $9.95..looks like an easy plug in swap.

My coffee maker is about 15 years old. The on and off switch works but the light does not. Is there a way to replace the bulb.

My Bunn BX-B coffee maker wont turn on, no light no nothing. Is there a reset switch, or fuse somewhere in it?

Did you check the switch on the side of the machine(vacation switch) to make sure there is orange/red showing? If it is, please give us a call with the model and code date and we can further assist you. Customer Service # is 800-352-2866.

I have a bunn coffee maker, model NHBX-B. The warmer switch is not working anymore. Where can I buy a replacement switch for it. The switch is located on the top and has a light in it.

What a scam. I am a professional electronic technician trained
in safe practices in electrical work and they won't sell me the replacement switch. I will source a suitable replacement from one of the big electronics supply catalogs. This will be my last Bunn coffeemaker.

Need warmer lite on my GR-10W bunn coffee maker. The warmer works -- the light bulb is not working.

Due to UL listings, warmer switches can't be sent out but your brewer can be sent in for repair. If you will call customer service at 800-352-2866 with the model and date, we will give you the cost and address.

How to reset coffee maker

you might have burnt the thermal fuse.
those need to be replaced, they cannot be reset.
be careful, it failed because the normal temperature switch failed and it overheated.

do not try to run it without a working thermal fuse. it could melt or start a fire

I haveBX-B . I had the pot set up for me to push the on button for Monday Morning, but the water ran throug and it was not on.So now I have cold coffee in the Decanter.

The Bunn coffee maker does not operate as most coffee makes do. You cannot leave the Bunn in the off position and then just flip the switch to on and pour the water in. You will always get cold coffee if you do this. It takes time for it to heat the water. The On/Off switch should be left in the On position all the time. This keeps the water hot in the tank, thus providing hot water when you need to make coffee. You then just pour the cold water in the top, shut the lid, and have a pot of coffee in 3 minutes. The On/Off switch is a vacation switch, and you use it only when you are not going to use the coffee maker for a couple of days. Older Bunn coffee makers did not even have an On/Off button. You simply unplugged them when going on vacation. So turn the switch to the On position and leave it there. The unit will then work as designed. Forget how other coffee makers work, this is a Bunn and it is the fastest coffee maker you can buy and must be left on all the time. that way the water stays hot and the unit will keep it that way.

Bunn pour omtic 3 burner commerical coffe maker model 666L (pin # 658) Coffee maker will not brew red light comes on and flickers followed th set up insturctions still nothing, even put a pot of vinegar...

I'm going to presume that your brewer is a VPS series pour-over brewer. This problem can be caused by several things, so I'll list the most common ones.
1) The on/off switch for the lower warmer could be burnt out. This switch also operates the heating element.
2) The high limit thermostat quite offen blows on the older VPS brewers. this is a small unit held down to the top of the tank and has 2 wires voming to it.
3) Look for burnt-off wires. These models sometimes burn off wires on the top of the heating element.
4) If none of these work, then your problem will be your heating element itself.
Parts for these models are readily available from your local Bunn repair shop.
