Hi. my Nokia 7100 s2 wont start up. I charged it and when I thought it is fully charged I tried opening it and it started and it got as far as the setting up of date and time then it would hang and the screen would go white then it would restart and the same things happen all over again. :(

Hi , To format the phone follow the steps Select Menu > Settings > Restore factory setting > then enter the security code (the default number would be 12345)

while you start the phone,with one hand you keep pressing *+3 while you presss on/off buttonwith other hand.With this method you will hard reset your phone, what means that you will loose ALL personal data.
