Press the self-clean button to start the cycle. The panel becomes blank (---), then press the up arrow (^). The panel will appear 3:00 (indication for the duration of self-cleaning). The oven will lock on its own and start the self-cleaning. After self cleaning is done wait for 15-20 minutes and open the door. Please post back for any further assistance. Hope this helps...
Simply press the "Clean" button and set a time (Hi or 4hrs is best) it will the lock the door and burn everything inside. If you have silver colored shelfs remove them fist. After its done and has cooled wipe out the ash that has collected in the bottom of the oven.
you can google it or just push the clean button and it will most likely default to 3 hours and all you have to do is push start and after it is done wipe out the ashes with warm soapy water DO NOT USE OVEN CLEANER as this will destroy the finish of the self clean cavity
Firstly, empty the oven of stuff, including the little thermostat that dangles from the grate, if you value it's life.
Next, close oven door.
Press CLEAN; it beeps and green LED illuminates. LED readout says " -- -- --".
Press the UP arrow; it beeps and LED readout says: ''3:00'', for a three hour burn.
DOOR LOCKED LED blinks while door locking mechanism actuates, then stays on steady. Burner ignites, and it's off to the races.
The exterior of the Range becomes quite HOT, providing an excellent opportunity to educate young children of the concept. ;)
The Cleaning Cycle can be stopped at any time by pressing the OFF/CANCEL button for ~3 seconds. The door will remain locked until the internal temperature of the oven falls below 400F. Nice toy.
