E3 means that the stove is getting overvoltage.
Plug it through a voltage stabilizer
It is possible that there is fault in the circuit as the drive section seems to fault when the current requirement is high. It is also possible that there is a component possible a semiconductor- MOSFET- that has gone weak during the power outage and so fails .
It is best to have it checked now as it might save a larger expense if the whole unit fails. Also someitmes it can be a silly dry soldering which can be done up immediately. So get support if youa are not able to DIY.
