I have iLive IBD704 Bluetooth Movie/Music and it won't power up with batteries. I bought brand new batteries and triple checked the alignment. I still get no power. Works fine with electrical cord.

Question edited for full 'make model (what it is)'.
Question moved from 'Power Up Computers & Internet'.

Check alignment again and if it is correct, the Customer Support number is also on this page.

I have a ilive sound bar but when I took it up to my insignia tv with aux cable it just buzzes. What can I do?

I went online and looked at the ilive 2.1 manual to see the Connections on the back and I see RCA input and output. I would 1st make sure that the Audio cable is working okay on something else then hook up the TV Audio out to the ilive Audio input. Make sure in your TV settings that the volume is going through okay, if so and there's still a problem, then it would be in the ilive sound bar. Hope that helps

A sound bar is an amplifier with speakers. You are going to need a repairman or someone that understands electronics to fix it.

I have a 19 " sansul cant get my ilive sound bar

I hope this helps. You have to connect your sound bar to your cable box/satellite tv receiver. If you are connecting with composite or component cables you connect the video cables (either the yellow or the green blue and red cables) between the television and the cable box /satellite tv receiver. Then you connect the red and white audio portion of the cable between the cable box/satellite tv receiver and the sound bar. You are going from the OUTPUT of the cable box/satellite tv receiver to the INPUT on the television and sound bar. You use the function/source/input button on the sound bar to choose the space you plugged the cables into on it or listen to the radio or listen to your IPOD and etc.

INSIGNIA TV WITH ILIVE BAR. 1 SIDE WORKS

Try swapping your cables from the sound-bar to the TV. If the sound still only plays through one channel but the channel has changed from right to left or vice-versa, then you have a bad cable.

If the performance is the same, connect a different device using the same cables to see if it's the sound bar input or the TV output.

Once you know where the problem is (the sound bar, the TV, or the cables) you'll know what unit needs repair or replacement.

It is entirely possible that a solder joint for the sound-bar has come loose. A soldering pen would easilly fix this if it's a bad joint/connection.

Hope this helps!
