I need replacement screws for the model 4850-2 five in one crib

Please do not assemble and use this crib. It has been recalled by the manufacturer due to "risk of death by suffocation." Even without the screws or receipt, you should be able to take the crib to a department store or children's store that sells Simplicity brand cribs and exchange it for a similar model.

The US Consumer Products Safety Commission lists this remedy in the recall notice:
"Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled cribs and find an alternative, safe sleeping environment for their baby. Consumers should immediately return the crib to the place of purchase for a refund, replacement or store credit."

The good news is that when you exchange it, the new crib will have all the screws and instructions you need!

Due to the numerous recalls involving Simplicity cribs Products America is not able to supply any parts for their cribs. I suggest you first going to the CPSC's website at www.cpsc.gov and making sure that the crib you are using is not part of the recalled units. If it is, you should be able to find details on how to go about replacing the crib from the CPSC website as well.

Hi I can help you. The items you need are common items found at any hardware store. I would spend a few extra dollars and get all stainless steel parts if I could. If you have any of these items, just bring samples to the hardware store and match them up. other wise, bring in the manual.
