You have firmware issues, and sometimes the company puts out a update for the firmware but not for this phone.

Try to check log files in the antivirus software or virus definition.

There can be multiple reasons for that. There is a well known virus which won't allow computers to update antivirus and also in my opinion this antiviirus is not good you can find much better than this. As a computer expert i'll recommend you nod32 and after that Avg. You can install anyone of them it'll give you much better results. Free versions of both are available on websites you can try free version before making purchase decision.

In order to remove virus try this.

Goto command prompt
type cd.. until you reach c drive
then type dnscache
it'll clear you dns cache and you'll be able to visit antivirus site. Update and run full scan.

Actually this virus blocks dns of security sites and redirect to your ip
