We've never dealt with snom wireless adapter but the CS70 and HL10 lifter is a popular set for your phone. there are a couple of things you can try to cut down on the echo.
1. Make sure CS70 is proper distance from phone, minimum of 6" (12" from a PC)
2. Make sure round compatibility dial (located on left side of base) is set correctly. Most phones work on setting #1 (never between numbers)
3. Echoing is usually caused by an improper mix of incoming and outgoing volume. With a friend listening in you can make broad and minor adjustments for both (incoming: back of base (1-4) and +/- on headset; outgoing: bottom of base (a-d) and +/- arrows on back of base).
Following these steps should help you out.

How do you hook up a ps3 to a plantronics cs70

Sorry Nancy but you can't connect a CS70 to a ps3. What Plantronics has available exclusively for Playstation 3 is the Gamecom P90. It's a bluetooth headset.

Mistake sorry everyone, plantronics voyager pro x cs70 .cannot get to work on my nokia c2-01 please help

Oftentimes there may be interference from other bluetooth devices on the phone. Disable them first, disconnect the battery from the phone for 30 seconds (helps to reset) and follow the pairing instructions from the link below.

I have the cs70 headset, people on the other end hear the echo. i have adjusted all the settings per the manual and on-line troubleshooting. how can i fix this?

I would suggest resubscribing your headset to your base and see if that makes a difference. I am including the link for the re-subscription below.

No sound when coming from the headset

Check the compatibility setting on the left side of the Plantronics CS70 base, number "1" should be in the 3 O'clock position. Also check the cable connections, unplug and re-plug the cables. If the headset is dead, then the internal battery may be worn out and it may need to be replaced. The headset replacement model is 72910-01. Below is a link for the user guide to help with the compatibility settings and adjustments, as well as a link to the newer Plantronics headset that replaced the CS70.

I can hear callers but they cannot hear me. Mute is not engaged,

Please see the link below for the User's Guide.

• Headset is muted. Long press (3 sec.) the volume down button on headset to unmute the microphone. See page 16.
• Improper positioning of voice tube. Try various other positions.
• Voice tube may be clogged. Remove voice tube and test to see if callers can hear you without it. If they can, then replace the clogged voice tube. See page 18.
• Speaking volume is too low. Increase the speaking volume by
adjusting the speaking volume minor adjust buttons on the base unit as described on page 16. If the volume is still too low, select another speaking volume major adjust setting as described on page 16.
• Incorrect configuration dial setting for your phone. Try other
phone configuration dial settings on the base unit. Ensure the
selected number is in line with the position indicator. See page 14.

Plantronics CS70 is paired with the Yealink EHS36 it will not pick up the line, you can hear nothing but the EHS36 clicking

You are using a Jabra Electronic Hook switch with a Plantronic's headset, they are not meant to go together. Depending on what phone and model you have would depend on the EHS that you would need.

Morning, my headset will put call on hold then i have to hit the "headset" button again on my phone to bring caller back

The CS70 headset only has the ability to mute a call. If you're phone is being put on hold when using the unit, you need to check and see how everything is configured. The user guide below will help you make sure everything is connected correctly.

I am getting feedback with Plantronics CS70 Wireless Headset

Echo is usually caused by the transmit (speak) level on the unit being set too high.

1. First, try lowering the volume of the telephone. If you still hear an echo, adjust the volume of the headset itself.

2. The master transmit controls of the headset are the ABCD switch settings on the bottom of the base. A is the lowest and D is the highest setting.

3. You can fine tune this setting with the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons on the back of the charging base.

4. If this doesn't fix the echo, try moving the configuration dial on the left side of the charging base. The recommended setting for most phones is 1.
