You may have an older version of the Adobe Flash Player installed that is causing problems. I've seen several notebooks that had issues playing video because they didn't have an updated Flash Player. Also, make sure that your browser is up to date.
Here are the links you need:

My Video doesn't properly work. When I'm on line wirh CNN,to watch the news, the video starts but then it stops and starts and stops and starts,The video goes in spurts.

this is actually a connection issue and not a video issue this is a connection issue most likley as video playback probably works when your not watching videos online you just have to either let the video buffer up by pausing for a little while before you watch or see if you can lower the quality of the video so it can keep up with your connection speed

Ac shuts down after long drive then ok again

The expansion valve is not working correctly on the a/c system. It is restricting the flow of freon from the a/c compressor to the condensor. So over a peroid of time driving the line will slowly freeze up and stop the flow of freon and the a/c will stop working completely. Will need to take it to a service center to have the freon gas removed and replace the valve. hope this will help you!!!

Anytime i watch a video it will start then stop after a few seconds, then start again and stop. It will do this continually and with every video i watch.

what you need to do its try and let the whole video download for a few minutes before you try and watch it. it always works for me. good luck i hope i helped. :)

Stop and play

Ill explain whats happening
as you watch the videos, they are downloading and buffering

now, on you your question, why is there a whilte thing and start stop when watching videos?
the video is not downloading fast enough, this may be due to too many other programs running, or something else is downloading when your trying to watch these videos

Solution: download "Speedbit Video Accelerator"
its completely free, you can get it here from the official website:
http://www.videoaccelerator.com/

happy UTubing :)

Can see the black border lines down the sides of screen

you now have burn in of the crt's. this happens when you leave a static image on the screen for long peroids of time (more than 15% of your total veiwing time per week). you should limit the time you use the pillar bars to less than that. this is not repairable but over time it will fade. stop using the pillar bars for a long wile or it will get worse. the only cure for this is to replace all three crts (costly repair).

Videos start and stop

Yes the videos you are referring to are probably streaming videos, so once they begin to stream stop the video until the stream reads ahead (the amount will depend on your bandwidth), then once the streaming is well ahead you can start the video again and watch it glitch free unless the video progress starts to catch up to the streaming status at which time you just need to pause again and so forth. You could just wait until the stream is complete and enjoy your video.
Good luck.
