1410 does not print and sends error message - HP PSC 1410 All-In-One InkJet Printer

E = Error - IE: paper jam, etc... reset & restart and check errors message on computer

I have epson photo 1410
when I start the printer on the print head is not moving and the bottons flashing red lights

check out printer properties remove tickmark from that box

Try reinstalling your printer driver again.

That means that the software driver must be re-installed.

Before starting driver setup unplug printer usb, the software installer will tell you when to connect the printer.

If you are using Vista , also start driver setup by clicking right button of mouse on installer file and chosing 'run as administrator'.

I fixed the problem I was having by re-installing the program, which then told me exactly what the problem was. It was the color cartridge.
I then put a new cartridge in and it worked!
