The projection is out of alignment on my tv. Well i've tried adjusting the convergence at the 5 points on the tv but no matter how many times i press the adjust buttons the crosshairs don't move. And i know the buttons work cuz they work on the menu screen. What else should i do since i can't get it to adjust by remote?

Question How do I adjust convergence (align colors)? Answer Note: For best results, the Projection TV needs to be turned on for 15 minutes or longer before adjusting the picture tubes (convergence).

Press the INTELLISENSE button on the remote (under the flap). During the convergence process DO NOT press the INTELLISENSE button again and DO NOT move the Projection TV.

Convergence + - don't alignment or some mis alignment anywhere in the picture.The R,G,B colors lines don't move any of the color line.The tv convergence board have dead parts.The 2 STK convergence ICS and some or all it resistors are dead.These parts on the tv convergencce board,must be replaced to solved the tv picture convergence problems.The shop,will cost u like $300-350 for parts and labors.
