you should try using windows xp if that is possible because windows vista will cause problems with the mobile pc studio software. I would Then download both the USB driver and PC Studio 3 from the website and that should work. If that doesn't work uninstall the PC studio software and reinstall it.

Are you able to install other programs on your Laptop or it's just an issue with the Samsung PC Studio?If it is then possibly it's a hardware or software problem in you laptop. FIrst of all if you are trying to install the program from the CD that is provided with the samsung mobile then do not use it. Uninstall the program from the laptop if you already installed it. Download the updated PC Studio from here Samsung PC Studio ...click on the Software tab and then Download against the PC Studio. Download and then install and make sure you do not connect the mobile to the PC before installing the full software. Good Luck.
