    I am facing the same problem with Whatsapp in my E63.....most of the time it gets the phone to hang and drains the battery. Once I uninstall whatsapp, the phone starts working perfectly.....some problem with whatsapp....which needs to be addressed. Somebody if knows the solution, pls help.

Please try deleting then reinstalling the whatsapp.

usually its two main reasons either your phone has not got enough memory or the whatsapp you downloading is not software for your phone. try removing unwanted application's to create space on your device as whatsapp cannot work from an sd card.

After downloading whatsapp i cant install. it just says file corrupted and the old whatsapp wont delete
i have got same problem............ i solved it....... take out ur memory card ...... just dial*#7370#.... phone will be formatted...

again if u download ur whatsapp appliaction you can can use it for freee
