I have a frigidaire self clean electric oven but I am not sure how to operate the self clean

I see that you would like to operate self-clean on your Frigidaire range and you do not have the manual. Typically, to start self-clean you would need to push the button labeled "Self-clean" and make sure there is nothing inside the oven before starting a self-clean cycle. Also before starting self-clean close the door because of the temperatures that are created within the oven the door needs to be closed and locked. I hope this has been beneficial. -Matt

Yeah that is just the oven incinerating everything in it including the parts and wiring for the oven to operate properly...

Check the door latch is not bent or blocked- a small misalignment will stop you being able to activate the self-cleaning operation.

It is safe to use. Make sure you let it run for about 20-30 minutes at 350 before putting any food in it, this will burn off the residue. Also before starting it make sure you didn't get any cleaner on the heating elements if so wait for it to evaporate before using.

stove stuck in self cleaning mode door was open when cleaning mode was turned on will not shut now what do i need to bdo?

just push the self cleaning button and it should ask how long push the up arrow and set the time and it will do the rest by itself

I would say that the oven thermostat is malfunctioning, and you will probably need a new one fitting.
Make sure the sensor inside the oven has not become detached, as this will make a differance.
