The oven door hinge on the right side just started squeaking a little while ago, what can I use to lubricate it? The oven is in use about 4 years now and it is level.

I have a very squeaky oven door. It sound slike the door opening of a haunted house horror movie. Really noisy, but only when the oven temperature is on.
Mine sounds like a castle moat door! Jenn-air has been a real disapointment from the beginning. The spark wouldn't stop firing after ingition so service fixed it twice under warranty then it went again three days after it expired and they wanted to charge me to fix a problem that was never fixed in the first place. B....ing got them to cover it.
Now the gut wrenching squeak!!
Next time I'll check Consumer Reports before buying. Never again Jenn-Air if your listening. Tell all your friends.
Merry Christmas- at least until the oven door opens.
Did you ever cure your oven door squeaks? I have the same problem--just oiled and greased it but no luck so far.
Electric stove's bottom storage drawer has terrible scrapping noise when I open and close it. Afraid to use petroleum products for obvious reasons. Any help would be appreciated.
I realize this is an old thread but hopefully this will help someone searching. The squeek is not the hinge or the spring but actually a small wheel the hinge rides on. Sort of a guide. If you remove the right outer wall you can lubricate the pin this wheel runs on and will stop the squeek. Just fixed mine and it worked perfectly. :)
