If the hot water spout and steam wand are functioning normally, but there is no water coming out of the coffee spouts during the rinse cycle, it is likely that there is a blockage in the water pathway leading to the brew unit.
Here are some possible causes and solutions:
Water filter: If your machine has a water filter, check to see if it needs to be replaced or cleaned.
Water tank: Check the water tank to make sure it is properly seated and that the water level is sufficient.
Water pathway: The water pathway from the tank to the brew unit may be blocked with scale or debris. Try running a cleaning solution through the machine to clear the pathway.
Brew unit: If the above solutions do not work, the problem may be with the brew unit itself. Check to see if it is properly seated and clean. If it is damaged or worn, it may need to be replaced.
If the problem persists, it may be necessary to have a professional technician inspect and repair the machine.
If the water pressure coming out of the steam/hot water arm is fine, then the issue is likely with the brew unit or the grinder. Here are a few things you can check:
Clean the brew unit: A dirty or clogged brew unit can slow down the flow of water. Remove the brew unit and clean it thoroughly, making sure to remove any coffee residue or buildup.
Check the grinder: A dull or clogged grinder can also slow down the flow of water. Make sure the grinder is set to the appropriate setting for your coffee beans and check that the grinder is not clogged.
Check the water flow meter: The water flow meter measures the amount of water flowing through the machine. If it is clogged or damaged, it can affect the flow of water. Try cleaning the water flow meter with a soft-bristled brush and see if that helps.
Check the water filter: If your machine has a water filter, it may be clogged and affecting the flow of water. Replace the filter if necessary.
If none of these solutions help, it may be a more serious issue and you may need to bring your machine to a professional for repair.
It needs the brew unit cleaned - descaling is mainly for the heaters. The Brew unit tablet (the one the size of a sweetart) is used to clean just the brew unit. In the maintance menu your will find clean brew unit - follow the bouncing ball
There are many places for the water to leak out the bottom on those. You are going to need to remove the covers and have a look. Is the water clean or is it part of your brew? In order of most likely to least likely
1) Barista seal at bottom of brew chamber
2) Distributor
3) Tank seal
4) Tamping piston seals
5) Flexible hose or connection
6) Hydraulic Ram
7) Relief valve on end of pump
You are not going to figure it out with the covers on and you will have great difficulty running it with covers off to be certain where it is coming from but that is what most of those issues is going to require.
Have you cleaned the outlet behind the brew unit? It is a trapezoidal shaped small hole below the plunger window. It gets clogged easily. Squirt some water into it and above it. It should come out clean. If it's clgged the water backs up into the grounds
The very top part of the brew group ( the part that looks like a square funnel) rotates very slighty. It must be in the slightly rotated position in order for the unit to slide in completely. So you need to look on the back of the brew group, there is a tab in a groove connecting the funnel to the base. slide that lever up or down (can't remember) then the brew group will slide in. Make sure you are NOT pressing the button you push to take it out. Just gently push the entire unit all the way back.
Hope this helps.

If you are holding the brew unit in you hand look at the top you will notice a small knob with grooves, if you look to the bottom of that knob about 3-4 inches inside the unit you will see the screen. If it is no noticeable run water from the faucet over the brew unit.
Try adjusting the grind four numbers coarser and brew a coffee, if you are getting the same result then the brew unit is clogged and the screen needs to be cleaned.
If you look under that white nozzle you will notice a small hole that leads to the drain tray, clean out hole and the area or small enclosure around the white nozzle (clogged with coffee grounds), and make sure that if you pour a little water in that enclosure it goes to the drain tray. That will solve the water under machine problem. For the amount of water from the coffee nozzle, check brew unit, you will have to remove the shower screen and clean, make sure that the unit is not clogged in one of the tubes.
