most people put it in wrong to many times so it asks for a PUK code then ring provider for the PUK

Well the only thing you can do is go into the shop you got it from and ask them, Does it come up 'Enter PUK'?

If you forgot you can generate master code using your IMEI, which can be viewed by pressing *#06# and keying that in the link mentioned below,,

normallty nit is 0000, but you should in theory contact your network as they will have it,.

*2767*3855#
beware as this will reset the phone totally and anything you had on there like photos, music will be deleted unles you have them on your memory card.

Both suggest you try the full eeprom reset WITHOUT your sim card. Please read both forums carefully before trying anything. I myself am not familiar with the Samsung Tocco, and these links are merely suggestions.

okay its more than likely 0000 or the last digits of the cell number give that a try

you can enter the hard reset code but that will delete everything on the phone the code is *2767*3855# i haven't been able to find the password reset for the F48.
The default code for the Samsung F480 is 12345678
